Salinder Snoodle, known to most as Sali, is the warm, determined mother of Briana “Brainy” Broodle and Ricky Rockadoodle, and the proud co‑owner of From Noodles to Stroodles, Noodleham’s most beloved cake shop. She runs the bakery with her husband Norman, who also happens to be the brother of both Sour Croodleman and Herbie Snoodleman, making family gatherings as lively as the pastries are sweet.

Sali lives with a chronic condition that means she walks with a stick, but it never slows her down. In fact, she’s famous for running rings around almost everyone in town, whether she’s managing the morning rush at the shop or keeping her inventive family in line.

Her most dramatic moment comes when she’s kidnapped by the Zoodles, who use her as bait to lure Briana and Ricky to Planet Zoodle. Their goal: force the siblings to perform brain surgery on Croodle the Grand Roodle and repair the Zoodles’ failing rocket ships. Sali’s courage under pressure becomes legendary, and her ordeal ultimately leads to her children saving both the Zoodles and Noodleham.

Salinder Snoodle may be gentle, witty, and endlessly patient, but she’s also one of Noodleham’s quiet powerhouses, proof that strength comes in many forms, and sometimes it carries a cake box.
